How to cancel an Apple subscription?

Apple handles all payments & refunds and we are unable to do it for you. While we can not specifically do what you are asking, an alternative that may help is to help you with the steps:

Important! As a user of iTunes or Google Play Store, you should know that the application payment system is independent of the app. If you have uninstalled an app, it does not mean that you have canceled the subscription.

The steps to cancel are outlined below for your convenience: Apple Support 

  1. Go to your iPhone / iPad settings> [your name]> iTunes and App Store.
  2. Click on Itunes and App Store
  3. Click on your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  4. Press “View Apple ID” You may need to login or use Touch ID
  5. Enter your password
  6. Click on Subscriptions
  7. Click on the subscription you want to delete

Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offer or click Cancel subscription to finish the process.

If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle so you can use Desygner until the end of this period.
