Print Order Terms

User Content on Desygner’s Print Network


In some countries, you may order prints of your Content on Desygner’s Print Network, as part of the Services we offer. Your use of Desygner’s Print Network is subject to these terms.

Desygner has engaged third-party suppliers who will be responsible for completing your print order once you submit an order using the Service. We do not control these third-party suppliers and your order may, from time to time, be affected by circumstances outside of our control. If you experience any issues, please contact our Customer Service team. Please do not provide your personal information to our third-party suppliers at any time.

Once a document is submitted to the third-party printer, Desygner is not responsible for protecting the document’s privacy or confidentiality.

You may order using Desygner’s Print Network at your own cost. We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders using Desygner’s Print Network. If we provide you with a delivery time, it is an estimate only and we are not responsible or liable for any delays in shipping. You agree to be wholly responsible for any loss, cost or expense that you incur in connection with your use of Desygner’s Print Network.

By printing your Content on Desygner’s Print Network, you agree to take steps to verify that your Content does not contain or consist of anything that is prohibited under these Terms or is otherwise unlawful. You agree that this is not the responsibility of Desygner or its third-party suppliers, despite Desygner and its third-party suppliers having the right to refuse your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the uploaded Content is suitable for your purposes, including, but not limited to, ensuring that the quality (color, tone, brightness, etc.) is adequate for printing. In our pre-print check, we will ensure the resolution is adequate for the size you are printing and you will see a warning when you place your order if you need to change an image. If you are uncertain of the quality of the final Product, then we recommend that you first place a small order, for the purpose of verifying the quality, before placing a larger order.

Refund Policy for Desygner’s Print Network


Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Upon receiving your printed Products, if you discover any defect such as damage or errors in the quantity of the delivered Products or you did not receive your order at all, you may be eligible for a reprint or a refund.

Please contact our Customer Service department within three (3) business days at https://makedesygner.xyz/contact/. Be sure to include your user account details, your print order number and a photo of your damaged printed materials if applicable.

Any claims made after three (3) business days from the date of delivery or expected delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided in circumstances where you change your mind on any aspect of your design such as size, paper choice, finishing choice, colors, images or text. Similarly, refunds will not be issued if you did not like the printed result, made a spelling mistake or type-o or made any other Content errors.

If Desygner agrees to, or you can substantiate the defect, and the defect is not due to force majeure or other circumstances outside of Desygner’s control, then Desygner will, at its option, either provide you with a reprint of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer you a refund for the defective Products.

Wrong Address


If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Returned by Customer


We currently do not support returns due to the fact that the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Updates to this Notice

These Print Order Terms may be updated from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “effective starting” date at the top of this notice.
